How to help your school district and school community after a school shooting

Greenville, NC (CNN) — It’s been a rough couple of weeks for the school district of Greenville County, South Carolina.

The shooting happened in a classroom of a high school.

That’s where the gunman opened fire.

Two students were killed and a third injured.

The shooter, who is now dead, is also believed to have killed two teachers at the school and a security guard.

Greenville County Schools has set up a website where you can donate money to the families of the victims.

In a statement, Superintendent Chris Coyle said, “We are in a difficult time.

We are going through a time of intense grieving for our students and their families.

Our school district has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from the community.

We have been blessed to be a part of this outpouring.

We will keep you updated on the status of the investigation.”

A $1 million donation from the Greenville Economic Development Corporation will go to the Greeneville School for Girls and their students.

The school has been placed on lockdown, with teachers, staff and students told to stay in their classrooms, according to the school.
